We take extreme care in packaging, and our damage ratio is as low as 0.62%, thanks to our secure transit process.
However, in the rare event that the mirror glass breaks during transit, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds for glass damage. You may need to get the glass replaced or reinstalled locally at your convenience.
If the mirror frame itself is damaged, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement frame at no additional cost.
